To create an ultimate Business Associate Meet for the jewelry division of India’s most prominent lifestyle brand – Titan Company.

Having executed this bi-annual celebration for the last 17 years, Phase 1 had the advantage of knowing the brand and the task of creating something new and memorable every single time.

Our approach for this year’s Meet was to create an over-the-top experience for a team that did an exceptional job. The brand was celebrating an excellent year and we strategically planned to throw in surprises at regular intervals to keep the audience excited and feeling awesome – which was the theme for the conference in the happening city of Bangkok.

An invite film featuring the locals of the city, sim card sent prior to the event, personalized luxury car for the associates, grand welcome experience hosted on the 26th floor of the luxurious Centara Grand with a backdrop of 20 floors of the building, mapped with light and gobos were a few of the highlights.

The main conference experience in itself was awe inspiring as it kick-started with a magnificent sound, light and graphic show that was followed by multiple sessions and digital engagement.

In the evening, the same space was transformed to a Rio Carnival setup. A parade of over 30 artists led by attractive samba dancers, stilt walkers and sensational drummers kick-started what turned out to be a crazy night.

Results

Attendance and participation was at 98% due to the pre-event engagement.

The personalized experiences were called out as clear differentiators and well appreciated.

There was a target set during the course of the event and through the motivation, inspiration and the impact of the theme, Tanishq had managed to achieve this target.
