Wipro Leading Edge is an annual residential conference that is hosted by Wipro. For its decade edition, their main objective was to create an experience that had the perfect balance of conference and exploration, exclusivity and networking, communication and self-learning. While creating a celebratory experience, they also wanted to amplify participation and knowledge sharing.

We having been an integral part of this journey understood well the aim of this conference and the language that was to be employed to bring alive their messaging. With the audience being loyal to the brand and WLE in particular, it was integral to acknowledge their achievements and encourage their aspirations, thus weaving together “Seeding Possibilities. X-Seeding Growth” as this year’s commemorative theme.

For a concept and story that spoke of incredible power and force, we needed a backdrop that reflected the same. Prague, known as the city of a hundred spires, and synonymous to scaling heights and going beyond, served as the ideal destination.

Traditional folklore garden luncheons, medieval themed dinners, ornate palace celebrations, underground tavern meet and greet, exploring Prague in all its historic glory, networking cruise on the iconic rivers culminated with an array of live performances and international artists that included aerial acts, electric violinists, flamenco dancers, belly dancers and local drum acts marked the 10-year milestone.

A mix of business, visual splendour, cultural experience and exquisite entertainment that was exhaustive and well-planned kept the participants busy, engaged and mesmerised.
